Monday and Thursday Classes
Kids/Families - 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Advanced/Adults - 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Lil’ Kickers (4-6 years old) - 6-week session (Mondays) - next session TBD

We're a community martial arts school teaching Tae Kwon-Do to families, kids, and adults.
Tae Kwon-Do offers excellent physical benefits such as strength, stamina, and flexibility. More than just another activity, learning Tae Kwon-Do also develops confidence and teaches valuable self-defense skills.
